Complete control behind the wheel
[info]anarcha.

Between all the dancing and marathons, you'll have many more birthdyas than the rest of slovenly slobs.
I didn't dislike Hillary from the get go, but I certainly grown to dislike her as a candidate. Her recent anti-facts and education tirades aside she also has that sense of entitlement that Gore had that I find so utterly contemptuous. Time and again, lately, the things I hear come out of her mouth I associate more with G.W. Bush, than a Democratic front runner.

I'm sick of candidates who think they deserve to be president because they're a legacy or their competitor is a moron. You either have to earn my vote - or rig the election. Forget that and you'll end up just like Gore. (election wise, not Peace PRize wise.)

Listened to the new NIN, Slip. Strikes me as NIN crossed with Vangelis. All the classic Reznor is there, but with a softened touch. I haven't listened to much NIN since Natural Born Killers, so I don't know how it stands against recent material.

Been giving the new Birthday Massacre a listen. Love the I think We're Alone Now cover, but then I've always loved that song, in most all of it's pop permutations. I'll probably give it a swing tomorrow for our all girl music night at Spellbound. BTW any further requests?

Already in the mix:
New Skin
Curve
i:scintilla
Mecahnical Moth
Die Laughing
Soman
Crisk
Veronica Lipgloss
And I assume the usual suspects SatB, Rasputina, Concrete Blonde, et al.

This is one of those pieces that will be served well by being colored. It'll be easier to tell the blood and teeth fromthe snow and the mud. (Pencils are here.)

Got something to say about this, comment/crit? Leave a comment or drop me an email.

Mom, if they celebrate Mother's Day a day later in Canada,
I want to take you across the border and do it again!

Also, we can get Grandma some cheap meds.
Start packin'!
------------------------------------------------------
I always knew you had it in you to be a mom.

By "it", I mean a uterus. Kind of critical for baby having.
------------------------------------------------------
Grandma, you can't be beat!

Everyone knows not to beat grandmas.
That should be obvious.
------------------------------------------------------
Always knew you'd make a great mom, sis...

Or, evil stepmother. You could probably swing that one too.
------------------------------------------------------
Complimentary waxing:
not a good Mother's Day gift.

Learned that one the hard way.
Happy Mother's Day
------------------------------------------------------
Whenever I see a dedicated mother bird feeding a hungry baby bird,
I think of you, Mom

You made great fried chicken.
------------------------------------------------------
Grandmas make lousy ninjas.

But other than that, they can do pretty much anything!
Catch-22, by Joseph Heller is not comedy. I mean the things that happen are so horrible that you can't help but laugh, but really, it's not a comedy.

I could never figure out why more people weren't into Sheep on Drugs, back in the day. I mean I think we all like their early stuff now. But when it actually came out I felt as I was the only person listening to it. Of course I was living in Cincinnati and most of my friends were marginally more into House than industrial, so that might explain that.

Anyway have you seen Duncan X lately. Those are some tattoos man. I don't think he had all those abck when they played Bobby McGees in Utica.

PS if you haven't sussed it yet I've posted Catch-22 off the Catch-22/Drug Music 12".
